• Those who have not selected in Phase - I or Phase - II
• Those who are selected but not admitted in Phase - I or Phase - II
• Those who have withdrawn the TC from current HSS before 31st October 2026.
Fees• Previously not selected candidates will not have to pay any fees.
• Fresh applicant will have to pay the SAMS application fees as per Norms.
