Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released official notification for Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks CRP RRBs XV 2026 on 01.09.2026.
This recruitment is for Group A Officers Scale-I, II, III and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in 28 RRBs across India including Odisha Grameen Bank. Total 13706 vacancies are announced as indicative.

QualificationOffice Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelorās degree in any discipline from recognized University + Proficiency in local language (Odia for Odisha) + Desirable Computer Knowledge.
Officer Scale-I: Bachelorās degree in any discipline + Preference to Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy + Local language proficiency.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer: Bachelorās degree with minimum 50% marks + 2 Years experience as Officer in Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II IT Officer: Bachelorās degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / IT with 50% marks + 1 Year experience in relevant field + Desirable Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Officer Scale-II Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from ICAI + 1 Year as Chartered Accountant.
Officer Scale-II Law Officer: Degree in Law with 50% marks + 2 Years as Advocate or Law Officer in Bank/FI.
Officer Scale-II Treasury Manager: CA or MBA in Finance + 1 Year relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing + 1 Year relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II Agricultural Officer: Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry / Forestry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture with 50% marks + 2 Years relevant experience.
Officer Scale-III: Bachelorās degree with 50% marks + Minimum 5 Years experience as Officer in Bank / Financial Institutions.

For Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Preliminary Exam > Main Exam > Provisional Allotment based on Main marks. No Interview.
For Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Exam > Main Exam > Interview (100 Marks, Minimum 40% for General, 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) > Final Merit (80% Main + 20% Interview) > Provisional Allotment.
For Officer Scale-II and III: Single Online Exam > Interview > Final Merit (80:20) > Provisional Allotment. Local Language Proficiency test will be there if not studied earlier.

Step 2: Click on Apply Online link for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers Scale I, II, III separately. You need to apply separately for OA and Officer.
Step 3: Complete New Registration with basic details, mobile number, email ID.
Step 4: Fill application form with personal, educational, experience details, select State/UT and RRB preference, select exam centre and medium of exam (For Odisha ā English, Hindi and Odia).
Step 5: Upload scanned photograph (20-50 kb), signature (10-20 kb), thumb impression, hand written declaration.
Step 6: Pay application fee.
Step 7: Submit final application and take printout of application form and e-receipt for future reference.
