BARISTHA NAGARIKA TIRTHA YATRA YOJANA

Each Year Government of Odisha from Tourism Department in collaboration with IRCTC, takes the pilgrims on a visit to different pilgrimage centers in the country from perticular boarding points in the state. Each train will accomodate a maximum number of 1000 passangers. District wise quota being assigned by District Collector each year and decide a favourable pick up point or boarding station acroos the state for smooth operations. The final journey and the destinations are being finalized by department of Tourism, Odisha. ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବିଭାଗ, ଆଇଆରସିଟିସି (IRCTC) ସହଯୋଗରେ, ରାଜ୍ୟର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ବୋର୍ଡିଂ ପଏଣ୍ଟରୁ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଶର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପବିତ୍ର ତୀର୍ଥସ୍ଥଳ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ନେଇଥାଏ। ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୦୦୦ ଜଣ ଯାତ୍ରୀ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିପାରିବେ। ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ଜିଲ୍ଲାୱାରୀ ଯାତ୍ରୀ କୋଟା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରାଯାଇଥାଏ। ସୁଚାରୁ ଓ ସୁବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥିତ ଯାତ୍ରା ପରିଚାଳନା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳମାନେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ପିକ୍‌ଅପ୍ ପଏଣ୍ଟ କିମ୍ବା ବୋର୍ଡିଂ ଷ୍ଟେସନ୍ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରନ୍ତି। ଯାତ୍ରାର ଅନ୍ତିମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟସୂଚୀ, ଯାତ୍ରା ପଥ ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁ ତୀର୍ଥସ୍ଥଳଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିବେ, ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବିଭାଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ କରାଯାଇଥାଏ।

The applicant must be over 60 years of age & within 75 years of age (Expect is cases of joint application of a married couple where one of the spouses can be less than 60 years of age). For computation of age, the last date of submission of application will be taken into account. The applicant has to be a domicile of Odisha. The applicant should have the requisite fitness to undertake the journey and should not be suffering from any communicable disease. Since the scheme is meant for poor and deprived sections of the society, the applicant should mandatorily possess any of the following: - Antyodaya/ Annapurna card, - Ration Card under NFSA - Widow Pension/ Old Age Pension - MGNREGS Job Card - The auto inclusion and the deprivation criteria used by Panchayati raj dept which has replaced the criteria for identification of BPL category people and weaker sections for different development schemes can be used to filter the eligible applicants for this scheme. - Any other similar documents issued by the State Govt. reflecting their weak economic status or deprivation. Under the scheme, an attendant can also accompany the applicants above 70 years of age. The application of the attendant should be a joint application with the prospective 'Pilgrim'. The attendant has to pay 50% of the travel cost in shape of Bank Draft drawn on scheduled banks in favor of the Director, Tourism payable at Bhubaneswar along with the application. Attendant should be over 18 years of age. A married couple can apply 'jointly' for the pilgrimage trip. Their joint application will be treated as one application, but, the facilities provided will be individual. The joint application will be held eligible even if one of the spouses is less than 60 years of age. Under the scheme, the pilgrim can avail the benefit of journey only once in life time. Applicant providing false information will be debarred of benefit under the scheme. ### ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ବୟସ **୬୦ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଏବଂ ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ** ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ତେବେ ବିବାହିତ ଦମ୍ପତିଙ୍କ ଯୁଗ୍ମ ଆବେଦନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ, ସ୍ୱାମୀ କିମ୍ବା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣଙ୍କ ବୟସ ୬୦ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ହୋଇପାରେ। ବୟସ ଗଣନା ପାଇଁ **ଆବେଦନ ଦାଖଲର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖକୁ** ଆଧାର ଭାବେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ଆବେଦନକାରୀ **ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ବାସିନ୍ଦା** ହୋଇଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଆବେଦନକାରୀ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଶାରୀରିକ ସୁସ୍ଥତା ଓ କ୍ଷମତା ରଖିଥିବା ଦରକାର ଏବଂ ସେ କୌଣସି **ସଂକ୍ରାମକ ରୋଗରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ** ହୋଇନଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଏହି ଯୋଜନାଟି ସମାଜର ଗରିବ ଏବଂ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ବର୍ଗର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଥିବାରୁ, ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ନିମ୍ନୋକ୍ତ ଦଳିଲଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ **ଅନ୍ୟୁନ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦଳିଲ ଅନିବାର୍ୟ ଭାବେ** ଥିବା ଦରକାର: * ଅନ୍ତ୍ୟୋଦୟ / ଅନ୍ନପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣା କାର୍ଡ * ଜାତୀୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଆଇନ (NFSA) ଅଧୀନରେ ରାସନ କାର୍ଡ * ବିଧବା ଭତ୍ତା / ବାର୍ଦ୍ଧକ୍ୟ ଭତ୍ତା ପାଇବାର ପ୍ରମାଣ * ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଜାତୀୟ ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ନିଶ୍ଚିତତା ଯୋଜନା (MGNREGS) ଜବ୍ କାର୍ଡ * ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିକାଶମୂଳକ ଯୋଜନାରେ BPL ବର୍ଗ ଏବଂ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ବର୍ଗର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ବିଭାଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ବ୍ୟବହୃତ **ସ୍ୱୟଂକ୍ରିୟ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତି (Auto Inclusion) ଏବଂ ବଞ୍ଚିତତା (Deprivation) ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ** ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଆବେଦନକାରୀ ଚୟନ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇପାରିବ। * ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସ୍ଥିତି କିମ୍ବା ବଞ୍ଚିତ ଅବସ୍ଥାକୁ ପ୍ରମାଣିତ କରୁଥିବା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାରି ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ସମାନ ଦଳିଲ। ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ **୭୦ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୟସ୍କ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଜଣେ ସହାୟକ (Attendant)** ଯାତ୍ରା କରିପାରିବେ। ସହାୟକଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସହିତ **ଯୁଗ୍ମ ଆବେଦନ** ଭାବେ ଦାଖଲ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ସହାୟକଙ୍କୁ ଯାତ୍ରା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚର **୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ** ନିଜେ ବହନ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଏହି ରାଶି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କରୁ **Director, Tourism**ଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ଏବଂ **Bhubaneswarରେ ଦେୟ** ଥିବା ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ ଆକାରରେ ଆବେଦନ ସହିତ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ସହାୟକଙ୍କ ବୟସ **୧୮ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ** ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ବିବାହିତ ଦମ୍ପତି ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରା ପାଇଁ **ଯୁଗ୍ମ ଭାବେ ଆବେଦନ** କରିପାରିବେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଯୁଗ୍ମ ଆବେଦନକୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଆବେଦନ ଭାବେ ବିବେଚନା କରାଯିବ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ସୁବିଧା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକଙ୍କୁ ପୃଥକ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ସ୍ୱାମୀ କିମ୍ବା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣଙ୍କ ବୟସ ୬୦ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଯୁଗ୍ମ ଆବେଦନକୁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ବିବେଚନା କରାଯିବ। ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ଜଣେ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀ **ଜୀବନକାଳରେ କେବଳ ଥରେ** ଏହି ଯାତ୍ରା ସୁବିଧାର ଲାଭ ନେଇପାରିବେ। ଆବେଦନକାରୀ ଯଦି ଆବେଦନରେ **ମିଥ୍ୟା କିମ୍ବା ଭୁଲ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି**, ତେବେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ସୁବିଧା ପାଇବାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ କରାଯିବ।

Applications shall be invited by the Tourism Department by giving wide publication both in electronic and print media. District Collectors shall publish copies of the advertisement in different district offices, blocks, Tehsils and Gram Panchayat Offices for wide publicity. The application forms shall be made available at District Collectorate/ Block, Tahasil, Gram Panchayat Office, District Tourist Offices and also will be available online at www.odishatourism.gov.in A senior citizen desirous to avail the benefit of ‘Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra Yojana’ should fill up application in the prescribed pro-forma (Form - Odia or English) (Annexure-I & II) and submit the same at O/O the Dist. Collector/ Tourist Officer of his/her respective district or any other authority designated by the Collector for this purpose, before the prescribed time-limit. The application shall be received either manually or by post by the said offices. The applications received by different offices should be sent to District Tourist Office for allotment of district wise code and registration number for selection by the district level committee. Documents relating to proof of identity, address and undertaking regarding medical fitness, documents in support of eligibility should be affixed to application. Submission of documentary proof in support of identity, age, address shall be as per norms of Govt. of India/ Govt. of Odisha. The Applicants should duly fill the application form furnishing their emergency contact details (Name & Address, Telephone, Mobile, Email id, etc. of his relative for contact in case of emergency), Blood Group, 2 nos. of Photographs (Passport size) along with the application. Joint applications for couples and with attendant should be filled according to the proforma. Application complete in all respect shall be forwarded/ submitted to the concerned Collectorate/ Dist. Tourist Officer or any other authority designated by the Collector within the prescribed time limit fixed by Tourism Dept. from time to time. The incomplete application or application received after specified dead line and without required information/ documents/ Bank draft, if any, shall be summarily rejected. ### ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରୋନିକ୍ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରିଣ୍ଟ ମିଡିଆ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ପ୍ରଚାର କରି ଆବେଦନ ଆମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯିବ। ବ୍ୟାପକ ଜନସଚେତନତା ପାଇଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳମାନେ ଉକ୍ତ ବିଜ୍ଞାପନର ନକଲ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ବ୍ଲକ୍, ତହସିଲ ଏବଂ ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ/ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିବେ। ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ବ୍ଲକ୍ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ତହସିଲ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଏବଂ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ। ଏହା ସହିତ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର ଅନଲାଇନ୍‌ରେ **[www.odishatourism.gov.in](http://www.odishatourism.gov.in)** ୱେବସାଇଟ୍‌ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ। ‘**ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନାଗରିକ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରା ଯୋଜନା**’ର ସୁବିଧା ନେବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛୁକ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ପ୍ରୋଫର୍ମାରେ ଥିବା ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର (ଓଡ଼ିଆ କିମ୍ବା ଇଂରାଜୀ ଫର୍ମ — Annexure-I ଏବଂ II) ସଠିକ୍ ଭାବେ ପୂରଣ କରି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନିଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ/ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ କିମ୍ବା ଏହି ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଉକ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର **ସିଧାସଳଖ କିମ୍ବା ଡାକ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ** ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଆବେଦନକୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ପଠାଯିବ। ସେଠାରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଆବେଦନକୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାୱାରୀ କୋଡ୍ ଏବଂ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇ, ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ତରୀୟ କମିଟି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଚୟନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ କରାଯିବ। ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର ସହିତ ପରିଚୟ ପ୍ରମାଣ, ଠିକଣା ପ୍ରମାଣ, ଚିକିତ୍ସାଜନିତ ଫିଟନେସ୍ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଘୋଷଣା/ଅଙ୍ଗୀକାରପତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରମାଣ କରୁଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଦଳିଲ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ପରିଚୟ, ବୟସ ଏବଂ ଠିକଣା ପ୍ରମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଦଳିଲ ଦାଖଲ ଭାରତ ସରକାର/ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ନିୟମାବଳୀ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ହେବ। ଆବେଦନକାରୀ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ରକୁ ସଠିକ୍ ଭାବେ ପୂରଣ କରି ଜରୁରୀ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ପାଇଁ ନିଜ ନିକଟାତ୍ମୀୟଙ୍କ **ନାମ, ଠିକଣା, ଟେଲିଫୋନ୍ ନମ୍ବର, ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ନମ୍ବର, ଇ-ମେଲ୍ ଆଇଡି ଇତ୍ୟାଦି** ତଥ୍ୟ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଏହା ସହିତ ନିଜର **ରକ୍ତ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ (Blood Group)** ଏବଂ **୨ଟି ପାସପୋର୍ଟ ସାଇଜ୍ ଫଟୋଗ୍ରାଫ୍** ଆବେଦନ ସହିତ ଦାଖଲ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ବିବାହିତ ଦମ୍ପତିଙ୍କ ଯୁଗ୍ମ ଆବେଦନ ଏବଂ ସହାୟକ (Attendant) ସହିତ ଆବେଦନ, ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ପ୍ରୋଫର୍ମା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ସମସ୍ତ ଦିଗରୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ରକୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମୟ ସମୟରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ କିମ୍ବା ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ଅନ୍ୟ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଦାଖଲ/ପ୍ରେରଣ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। **ଅସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆବେଦନ, ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ପରେ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଆବେଦନ, କିମ୍ବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ତଥ୍ୟ/ଦଳିଲ/ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଡ୍ରାଫ୍ଟ (ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ପ୍ରଯୁଜ୍ୟ) ବିନା ଦାଖଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ଆବେଦନକୁ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଭାବେ ଖାରଜ କରାଯିବ।**

The district administration will make arrangements for transportation of the selected pilgrims including their attendants to district HQ and further to the “Starting Point” i.e originating railway station or directly from home to the starting point and also on return journey from the “Starting Point “ back to their homes. Arrangements for stay and food for the pilgrims coming from various districts on the day previous to the actual departure will be done by the district administration of the “Starting Point” i.e originating station. Vegetarian Meals, Breakfast, Tea & Snacks with Drinking Water throughout the journey, Road transport, Accommodation in nearby destinations, Tour escorts, tour guide, travel insurance and medical facilities with professional physicians shall be provided by IRCTC. The tentative food menu to be provided at the starting point by Tourism Department as well as during journey by IRCTC are as follows: Break Fast-8-9 AM- Upama & Dalma/ Puri & Veg. Mix. Curry/Idlee, Sambar and Tea & Water, (b) Lunch- 12 Noon-2 PM- Veg.-Rice/Roti, Dal, one Curry, one Veg. Fry, Khata, Water, (c) Tea & Biscuits- 4-5 PM, (d) Dinner- 7-9 PM- Veg.-Rice/ Roti, Dal, Veg. Curry & Water. The travel kit shall be provided by IRCTC to the pilgrims within a cost as per the MOU signed between the state Govt. & IRCTC for each year. The kit shall contain tooth brush, tooth paste, coconut oil, shampoo, bathing & washing soap, bedsheet, blanket, cap, towel, hand napkin, comb, mirror, identity card & a bag. The bag shall be properly branded with Odisha Tourism logo. If pilgrims desire to avail any facility other than that prescribed by the Government during journey, then they will have to make payment for the same. Tourism Dept. / IRCTC cannot take responsibility of the extra services desired by the pilgrims. ### ଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ପରିବହନ, ରହଣି, ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସୁବିଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଚୟନିତ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହାୟକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏବଂ ସେଠାରୁ ଯାତ୍ରାର **“Starting Point” ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଯେଉଁ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନରୁ ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ**, ସେଠାକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ପାଇଁ ପରିବହନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବ। ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଘରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ Starting Point ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିଆଯାଇପାରିବ। ସେହିପରି ଫେରିବା ସମୟରେ Starting Point ରୁ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୁଣି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଘର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ମଧ୍ୟ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ କରିବ। ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରୁ ଆସୁଥିବା ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବଦିନ Starting Point ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ **ରହଣି ଓ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା** Starting Point ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଯେଉଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନରୁ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ, ସେହି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କରାଯିବ। ସମଗ୍ର ଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ **ନିରାମିଷ ଭୋଜନ, ଜଳଖିଆ, ଚା ଓ ସ୍ନାକ୍ସ, ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ, ସଡ଼କ ପରିବହନ, ଗନ୍ତବ୍ୟସ୍ଥଳ ନିକଟରେ ରହଣି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା, ଟୁର୍ ଏସ୍କର୍ଟ, ଟୁର୍ ଗାଇଡ୍, ଯାତ୍ରା ବୀମା ଏବଂ ପେଶାଦାର ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ସହ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସୁବିଧା** IRCTC ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ Starting Point ରେ ଏବଂ ଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ IRCTC ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଯେଉଁ ଆନୁମାନିକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ, ତାହା ନିମ୍ନପ୍ରକାର: * **ସକାଳ ଜଳଖିଆ — ସକାଳ ୮ଟାରୁ ୯ଟା:** ଉପମା ଓ ଡାଲମା / ପୁରି ଓ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ପରିବା ତରକାରୀ / ଇଡ୍ଲି ଓ ସାମ୍ବାର, ସହିତ ଚା ଓ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ। * **ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ଭୋଜନ — ଦିନ ୧୨ଟାରୁ ୨ଟା:** ନିରାମିଷ ଭୋଜନ — ଭାତ/ରୁଟି, ଡାଲି, ଗୋଟିଏ ତରକାରୀ, ଗୋଟିଏ ଭଜା, ଖଟା ଏବଂ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ। * **ଚା ଓ ବିସ୍କୁଟ — ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୪ଟାରୁ ୫ଟା।** * **ରାତ୍ରି ଭୋଜନ — ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ୭ଟାରୁ ରାତି ୯ଟା:** ନିରାମିଷ ଭୋଜନ — ଭାତ/ରୁଟି, ଡାଲି, ପରିବା ତରକାରୀ ଏବଂ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ। ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଏବଂ IRCTC ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ **MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)** ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ IRCTC ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ **Travel Kit** ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଏହି Travel Kit ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ରହିବ: * ଟୁଥ୍‌ବ୍ରଶ * ଟୁଥ୍‌ପେଷ୍ଟ * ନଡ଼ିଆ ତେଲ * ସ୍ୟାମ୍ପୁ * ଗାଧୋଇବା ସାବୁନ * କପଡ଼ା ଧୋଇବା ସାବୁନ * ବେଡ୍‌ସିଟ୍ * କମ୍ବଳ * କ୍ୟାପ୍ * ଟାୱେଲ୍ * ହାତ ପୋଛିବା ନାପକିନ୍ * ପାନିଆ * ଆଇନା * ପରିଚୟ ପତ୍ର * ଗୋଟିଏ ବ୍ୟାଗ୍ ଉକ୍ତ ବ୍ୟାଗ୍‌ରେ **Odisha Tourism ର ଲୋଗୋ** ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବେ ମୁଦ୍ରିତ/ବ୍ରାଣ୍ଡିଂ କରାଯିବ। ଯଦି କୌଣସି ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀ ଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସୁବିଧା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସୁବିଧା ନେବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ସେହି ସୁବିଧାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ **ନିଜେ ବହନ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ**। ତୀର୍ଥଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଚାହିଦା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏପରି ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସେବା ପାଇଁ **ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବିଭାଗ କିମ୍ବା IRCTC କୌଣସି ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।**
